Abstract
The syndrome of persistent facial myokymia and spastic facial contracture is a rare sign of pontine glioma. In none of the previously published cases has this syndrome been reported in association with a nonneoplastic lesion. A patient is described in whom facial myokymia and contracture were caused by a pontine tuberculoma.Entities:
