[Case report of a giant cell tumor of the second metacarpal bone and implantation of a cement prosthesis].

Abstract

Report on a 15 year old girl with a giant cell tumor of the second metacarpal bone. The resected bone was replaced by a special model made of Sulfix A in combination with a St. Georg-MP-joint endoprosthesis. The result was very satisfactory from the functional standpoint as well as from the aesthetic one.
