Study of chemotaxis by a modified method of migration under agarose gel.

Abstract

In this paper the standardization of a method for studying chemotaxis of polymorphonuclear cells under agarose gel in vitro on 20 adult normal subjects is reported. An original method of reading is emphasized in which the maximum migration distance and the number of migrated cells are held in consideration.
