Ribonucleic acid polymerase induced by vaccinia virus: lack of inhibition by rifampicin and alpha-amanitin.

Abstract

The RNA polymerase activity present in the cytoplasm of BHK cells infected with vaccinia virus is not affected by rifampicin or by alpha-amanitin.
