Musculus levator glandulae thyroideae: an observation.

Abstract

An occurance of M. levator glandulae thyroideae is reported and its frequency of appearance is established at one in 203 cases (0.49%). The importance of this and similar observations of anomalous gross morphological structures are discussed.
