Abstract
Variant human fibroblast substrains, resistant to a cytotoxic human isoantiserum, were isolated from sensitive strains by repeated exposure to isoantiserum and rabbit complement. The resistant phenotype was stable, apparently occurred at low frequency, and was associated with loss of surface isoantigens.Entities:
