Abstract
A report is presented on surgical correction of the fatty fallen neck, with mention of possible complications. Surgical treatment of the relaxed platysma in these cases is also described, and a surgical technique suggested for correcting prolapse of the submandibular gland and its supporting structures.Mesh：
