Abstract
Of 200 children with persistent enuresis 66% were cured after treatment with an electric alarm over a 30-week period. It is suggested that treatment may be discontinued after the child has been dry for four weeks, that if continued for longer than 16 weeks treatment is unlikely to produce a cure, and that a two-year follow-up period is necessary before a cure can be accepted.Entities:
