Abstract
A technique for aesthetic reconstruction of the small ptotic breast is described. The procedure combines a mastopexy of the Aries-Pitanguy type, accomplished after retromammary pocket dissection, and placement of an inflatable silicone prosthesis. The method provides maximum flexibility in selecting the volume of augmentation and the subsequent appropriate contouring of the reconstructed breast.Entities:
