Inactivation of reovirus type 2 by a combination of chloroform and moderate temperature.

Abstract

The infectivity and hemagglutinins of reovirus type 2 were destroyed at 37 C in the presence of chloroform, whereas no effect of chloroform was noted at 0 C.
