Abstract
The Marseilles area continues to be an endemic region of mediterranean tick bite fever. During the period 1975-1978 40 cases were observed in two medical departments in Marseilles. Maximum occurrence was in August. The real incidence of the disease was difficult to appreciate as declaration is not always made eventhough obligatory. Clinical manifestations remained typical.Mesh：
