Abstract
A rare cause of congestive heart failure in the neonatal period is an intracranial arteriovenous malformation, but this condition should be borne in mind when there is unexplained right-sided congestive heart failure. A case is reported of an aneurysm of the great vein of Galen, complicated by congestive heart failure. Successful surgical treatment was carried out using a two-stage procedure.Entities:
