Abstract
Mercurated dextran (polysaccharide) was found to fractionate mononucleotides according to their affinity for organomercurial Hg(+). The nucleotides are released from the chromatographic column in the sequence CMP, AMP, GMP, and TMP when borate buffer of increasing pH is used as an eluent.Entities:
