Non-specific leucocyte migration inhibition of gynaecological carcinoma patients.

J Tosner, B Fixa.

Abstract

Leucocyte migration inhibition in the presence of tumour crude ovarian tissue antigen was demonstrated in 64.51% of ovarian cancer patients, in 58.18% of other gynaecological carcinoma patients and in 19.04% of healthy individuals. Patients with benign ovarian disease showed 12.5% leucocyte migration inhibition. No significant difference was seen between results obtained in the presence of ovarian carcinoma antigen and normal ovary antigen.
