Anatomic and radiographic studies of the lacrimal drainage system in sheep (Ovis aries).

H Gilanpour.

Abstract

The lacrimal drainage system of the sheep (Ovis aries) was studied, using radiographic and anatomic techniques. The straight course of the nasolacrimal duct and the adequate diameter of different parts of the system facilitates radiography and catheterization of the lacrimal drainage system.
