Abstract
The absorption rates of PGE2 released from tablets, gel and pessary bases inserted into the vagina for the induction of labour in a total of 27 patients have been measured by means of serial plasma 15-keto-PGE2 levels. The results are discussed with a view to obtaining both the optimum dose of PGE2 and vehicle of release.Entities:
