Abstract
We are going to present a patient who was admitted to the hospital with a major depressive disorder. Somatic complaints and hypochondriasis were prominent in her symptomatology and occurred in a setting of known ulcer disease. Dr. Richard Breslow will present the case and a discussion of psychological aspects of ulcer disease. I will discuss the treatment of patients with hypochondriacal depressions.Entities:
