Abstract
Fungal infections of the central nervous system present a considerable challenge to available chemotherapy and other forms of treatment. The particular difficulties are discussed here, after an account of the fungi involved and their sensitivity to antifungal agents. Cryptococcal, coccidioidal and candidal infections are considered in more detail.Entities:
