Abstract
Despite our basic policy of performing intracranial definitive surgery whenever possible in cases of intracranial saccular aneurysms, we have had 80 patients with non-radically treated aneurysms. This investigation is based on an analysis of the prognosis in 54 cases where we refused definitive surgery; it provides insight into the factors and circumstances leading to the use of treatment of secondary choice, conservative rather than definitive treatment.Entities:
