Spray detection of phospholipids on thin-layer chromatograms.

Abstract

A new spray reagent with copper, ammonium molybdate, and sulphuric acid for the detection of phospholipids on thin-layer chromatograms is described. The specificity and sensitivity of the spray reagent is also shown.
