Abstract
Juvenile polyposis coli in a 6-yr-old girl produced such severe chronic complications that total colectomy was required. In what we believe to be the first application of the Soave-Bolley technique of ileoendorectal pullthrough to this condition, symptoms were relieved completely and rectal continence preserved.Entities:
