Posterior tenectomy of the superior oblique.

J Prieto-Diaz.

Abstract

Modifications of the original technique for posterior tenectomy of the superior oblique are presented and the results obtained in 23 patients with a follow-up of two or more years are reported. The simplicity of the procedure and the lack of intra- and post-operative complications make it useful for surgical treatment of moderate A-pattern deviations.
