Abstract
A case of pituitary apoplexy is presented with previously unreported computed tomographic findings of intraventricular hemorrhage. Because of the successful use of new microsurgical techniques for the treatment of pituitary apoplexy even in patients with poor clinical status, it is important to differentiate the various causes of intraventricular hemorrhage by aggressive evaluation.Entities:
