Abstract
The kidney was the primary source of plasminogen to restore normal plasma levels, after acute plasminogen depletion was produced by injection of streptokinase in cats. The concentration of plasminogen in the hepatic vein remained below that in the artery during the time when concentrations in the artery and renal vein were returning to normal.Entities:
