The small liver: a radiographic feature of fatal neonatal cirrhosis.

Abstract

Newborns with neonatal cirrhosis may have confusing clinical pictures. The demonstration of a small liver on abdominal radiographs may be helpful in suggesting the diagnosis of intrauterine hepatic damage.
