Abstract
A 68-year-old woman had Parinaud's syndrome, difficulty in walking, and dementia. A diagnosis of pineal tumor was based on clinical as well as arteriographic and computerized tomography findings. At operation, the tumor was found to be limited to the pineal gland. Histologically, it had the features of a classical glioblastoma.Entities:
