Abstract
Primary pulmonary hypertension remains a difficult therapeutic problem. Sublingual isoproterenol (Isuprel) has been effective in a few cases but the every-two-hour dosage schedule is inconvenient on a long-term basis. A case of primary pulmonary hypertension is described in which terbutaline sulfate and indomethacin were given a trial. There was no sustained response to terbutaline but there seemed to be a response to indomethacin and isoproterenol.Entities:
