Abstract
Complex segregation analysis supports the polygenic hypothesis of Hauge and Harvald and Neel et al, according to which hyperuricemia ascertained through gout is rarely due to a major gene, evidence for which is not significant in two studies that were considered to favor a major locus.Entities:
