Abstract
A serie of four patients is reviewed. We conclude that synovitis chondromatosis is very rare in children; the diagnosis, accepting Jaffe definition is not easy. In this serie age and localisation on the hip modify consequently our indication of the treatment, and explain some recurrence.Entities:
