Abstract
Meperidine (20 and 40 mg/kg, IP) did not block the cholinergic effects (tremor, salivation, and tearing) produced by oxotremorine (0.4 mg/kg, SC) in rats, whereas atropine blocked these three effects (10 mg/kg, 2.5 mg/kg and 0.08 mg/kg, respectively.Entities:
