Abstract
Neoplastic autovagotomy causing atonic gastric stasis is extremely rare. Two cases are reported in which marked gastric stasis was complicated by a bezoar and a gastric volvulus respectively. Both cases were associated with a left hilar bronchial carcinoma, and malignant invasion of the vagus nerve may have been the underlying cause.Entities:
