Abstract
An automated system (ACDAS) for rapid collection and analysis of data from leading front chemotaxis assays is described. ACDAS automatically computes (1) net cell migration from operator-entered end point signals and (2) means and standard errors of the mean from data sets of user-determined size. ACDAS reduces data collecting and processing time by more than 50% compared to manual methods. Other applications of ACDAS are discussed.Mesh:
