Abstract
Light microscopic examination of a basalioma (basal cell carcinoma) revealed unusual keratinizing cells resembling signet ring cells with pink cytoplasmic inclusions. Ultrastructurally the inclusions consisted of filamentous masses encircled by abundant tonofilaments giving a striking picture of abnormal individual tumor cell keratinization.Entities:
