Abstract
A case of pseudocyst of the tail of the pancreas involving the spleen is presented. Diagnosis of splenic involvement by pseudocyst was made by angiography followed by immediate (elective) surgical intervention with distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy without pre- or postoperative complications.Entities:
