Immunoglobulin subclasses in normal children.

P H Schur, F Rosen, M E Norman.

Abstract

The range, mean, and normal bounds of serum IgG 1--4 subclass concentrations in children 0--16 years old are given. Levels increase with age, plateauing at different ages. Definition of the normal range will permit better identification of individuals with either low or high levels.
