Abstract
Acute cord cavities have been produced by injection of saline or cerebrospinal fluid into the spinal cords of five beagle dogs. The lesions resemble syringomyelia as seen in the human. The lesions are described and the significance of the findings in supporting a hydrodynamic concept for communicating syringomyelia in the human are discussed.Entities:
