Familial incidence of ovarian dermoid cysts.

Abstract

A mother and two daughters, each with bilateral ovarian dermoid cysts, are reported and the literature on the familial incidence of dermoid cysts is reviewed. The incidence and description of teratomas are discussed and theories of origin for teratomas are presented.
