Nephroplasty in the management of hydronephrosis.

Abstract

Seventeen patients with hydronephrosis were treated by nephroplasty and pyeloplasty. This combination proved to be a simple and effective way of reducing intrarenal dilatation and encouraging dependent drainage from the lower pole calices.
