Abstract
A temporal lobe abscess due to H. aphrophilus occurred in a child of 11 years, and was successfully treated by aspiration, chemotherapy, and excision of the abscess wall. The organism is an unusual cause of brain abscess and this is believed to be the first reported case in Britain.Entities:
