Abstract
The horseradish peroxidase bridge method described by Mason, Phifer, Spicer, Swallow, and Dreskin (1969) has been found to be as sensitive and specific as fluorescence methods for detecting antinuclear factor and gastric parietal cell antibody, and to a lesser extent, antibodies to smooth muscle and mitochondria. However, the method has at least four practical advantages over fluorescence techniques.Entities:
