Significance of cellular interactions in the immune response.

J F Miller.

Abstract

Recent investigations relevant to T and B cell cooperation in humoral immunity are discussed from the following aspects: requirement for T cells in antibody responses; T cell facilitation of B cell responsiveness; T cell suppression of B cell responsiveness; evidence for a nonspecific influence of T cells on B cell responsiveness; relevance to clinical disorders.
