Comparative trial of a new anticholinergic bronchodilator, Sch 1000, and salbutamol in chronic bronchitis.

H Poppius, Y Salorinne.

Abstract

In 20 patients with chronic bronchitis and moderate or severe airways obstruction inhalation of 40 mug of a new anticholinergic drug, Sch 1000, was found to produce stronger and more persistent bronchodilation than inhalation of 200 mug of salbutamol.
