High volume antisera yields from rabbits using plasmapheresis.

Abstract

A simple procedure for plasmapheresis of rabbits is described, permitting collection of approximately 75 ml of antisera to be obtained at weekly intervals. Evidence for maintenance of antibody titer throughout this interval is presented.
