Orbital computed tomography: calcific densities of the posterior globe.

M Brant-Zawadzki, D R Enzmann.

Abstract

Computed tomography's (CT) marked sensitivity to calcium increases its usefulness in the workup of certain ocular lesions. The CT findings in five calcific ocular lesions are described. The relatively limited differential diagnosis of such a finding is discussed.
