Location of the region controlling host specificity (hsII) with respect to drug resistance markers on the fi - R factor, N-3.

S Hattman, L Cousens.

Abstract

The region controlling host specificity (hsII) has been mapped, by P22 transduction, with respect to drug resistance markers carried on the fi(-) R factor, N-3. The relative linear sequence of cotransducible markers is Tc-Su-Sm-hsII.
