Hepatotoxicity in disulfiram-treated patients.

Abstract

Thirty-five alcoholics receiving disulfiram for 3 weeks showed no dose-related hepatotoxicity compared with controls, but 9 did exhibit non-dose-related subclinical hepatotoxicity.
