Abstract
Chromosomal mosaicism in cultured amniotic fluid cells presents one of the most difficult problems in prenatal diagnosis in predicting the foetal phenotype. We present a case in which trisomy 20 mosaicism was diagnosed prenatally but not confirmed in the aborted foetus.Entities:
