Abstract
A 45-year-old female simultaneously developed both hairy cell leukemia and acute sarcoid. A defect in suppressor T lymphocytes which allowed an unrestrained B-cell proliferation manifested as both hairy cell leukemia and sarcoid is proposed.Entities:
