Abstract
Two cases of Takayasu's disease are presented which were successfully resolved by a Dacron graft from the right hypogastric artery to the right internal carotid artery. We recommend this bypass procedure of connecting the hypogastric artery to one of the aortic branches. Medical treatment with antibiotics, steroids and anti-coagulants has not been satisfactory.Entities:
