Abstract
An unusual case of squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix is described in which spread occurred intraepithelially along the endometrium and one of the fallopian tubes. This marked superficial extension is an example of abnormal spread of a malignant tumour whose prognostic significance is unknown.Entities:
